Yes, this person is calling night hours and is in Spanish. I told him I called the police...he said "go ahead"... he keeps calling... and will not stop. I have an old cell phone and can not block him.

This caller wanted to speak with the previous owner of my phone number. I have been getting calls asking for him for almost one year now. I tell the caller this is not his telephone number any more. She said this was a business calling for the former person who has this phone number. The caller ID was from Rockford Il.
