Some Filipino or Asian sounding guy calls me repeatedly and won't say who he represents or why he is calling. I'm on the do-not-call list. Scam?

I assume it's a health insurance thing. They never leave a message.

they are SCAMMERS told me i won a 100$ gift card and all i had to do was call a 877 number
