A complaint for Unwanted Calls was filed with the FCC from Texas after an unsolicited call

This number calls my cell three times a day. I just got this fone and its a brand new number. every time i answer they never say anything.

203-429-# prefix lists as from Westport CT. USA. Seems that someone has manipulated the caller ID text to show as 'INTL, NUMBER'. Not sure that it is an international caller; but could be some kind of local forwarding number. I read somewhere that people who have phone service over IP (VOIP)--such as, thru their computer not the phone company switch, have the ability to use software to make their callerID text say anything. FCC where are you when we need you?

Asked them via email to NOT contact me after changing my mind about applying for a loan. They call any way. So I block them.

Guy Called from claiming he was calling from Wells Fargo in Chula Vista Eastlake. Addressed me by my first name (?) Said he was calling customers and reach out to me to thank me for being a customer and asked me if I was satisfied with my accounts. What? I no longer have an account with wells...

I missed the call. I don't know the owner or the email address so I assume it is some kind of sales/robo call.
