Continous. msgs about our family

I've received numerous calls from this number talking about I took out a payday loan and I owe them $243...They say that if I don't pay they are going to subpoena me for internet fraud...I have no idea about taking out this loan they are talking about, my wallet and my personal information was stole two months ago. But I am wondering if anybody with this same problem can help me out?

SAME. Has left various messages saying he is Chase Morrison- process server and has failed to serve legal documents. I know for a fact they have not even tried to serve anything on me. Definitely a scam.
