Identity spam and identity thief

i have been receiving this ring for 2 weeks now. Every time we reject this, this rings us right back. i am guessing it is recorded & spammy.

A garbled sounding voice seems to think there's someone with diabetes at my phone number, and is calling about the Diabetes Club. When I asked for whom he was calling, the line went dead. Only political and charitable organizations have authority to ignore do-not-call lists. This wasn't political, so I presume this was charitable. (I've had all my present phone numbers for more than 4 years, so this wasn't an out of date phone number.) I ask for written documentation of 501(c)(3) status of all charitable solicitors. So far noone has met that standard. I think this is one of those fake/fraudulent "work at home" schemes.

I got the same text message. This is Pfishing scam not sure how to report this to authorities. Good luck
