This phone number is used as a "dial out" number for telephone spammers that sell cruises. This phone number probably won't show up on your caller id tho because they mask it with fake names

No ID recording takes you to voicemail to leave a message.

Voicemail claims my debit card was used through amazon to purchase a $350.00 iPhone and to call them right away. It is not true, I choose to ignore it.

CONTINUOUSLY get calls from this number. Have called back to tell whomever or whatever this is to LEAVE ME ALONE and can never get a person or even any type of voicemail. Some sort of scam. I get calls approximately 4 times a week.
