Millions Call

My friend has received over 20 calls from this number in the past 3 days. She continues to be harassed and whomever is calling claims that she is calling them. They claim that they are receiving text messages from my friend but that is not the case. She is scared and becoming more and more paranoid but neither of us have any idea what to do.

They call and leave a message, but I do not answer. Kind of annoying, but that's what they're doing silent settings:)

we got a ring with this no. as well. we picked up & this is silent. soon after about thirty minutes we heard a little static & this put the phone down.

i got a text message saying i won a $500 gift card. It tells me to enter my area code at target.com.trtz.biz to claim it and we can ship it to you immediately.i went there and they told me i had to buy something in order to get the card. If i won it then why do i have to buy 3 things in order to get it. I am going to the manager of the company to handle this
