Millions Call

Received 1 confirmed call from this number, and a dozen from a BLOCKED number. This is highly unusual activity for my line as I never have had SPAM/SCAM calls before today. They claimed I was the 2nd prize winner of 2.5 million dollars and a new Mercedes. They wanted me to "register" with the IRS by buying a $350 Green Dot MoneyPAK card and giving them the number on the back, essentially handing over the cash. I've played along so far in an attempt to get the authorities to pursue this obvious scam.

we got a long-distance ring at four am this afternoon, no. showing as 987-801-5539, two times. two times. we believed this is a crank ring & called this. automated operator msg stated ring couldnt be completed as dialed. We are not glad as our son got come in to bed with me at two am, subsequently got the 2 rings at four am, & is afraid that the telephone calling would wake them up. the identity of the person calling didnt show up on the display.
