I picked up a call from this number, and after a pause, it was a familiar recording from WCA that starts out saying not to hang up because this is not a sales call... I hung up.

they say they r callin from verizon but when i call the verizon 800 number, theres no mentioning of a message left. the scam is callin in regards of a past due account which i do not have.
