I received a call from this number and it says they are issuing a warrant on me and my property. Has anybody else had this happen?

rang proclaiming to be with the Windows Service Centre. informed us our computer is sending corrupted files to the microsoft server. needed access to our computer to remove the infected files. This seems really fishy.
