Scam, Scam, Scam!! Another number utilized by those claiming to be from the State Investigative Dept. They will tell you that there is a legal matter pending and you will be arrested if you don't pay them money. Just curse them out and threaten them, if you want a good laugh; otherwise, do not pay any attention to the poor English that they speak.

this bothers us soon as we get a unidentified telephone ring on our mobile phone, particularly at work. No msg, no apology! we can grasp when this was the incorrect no.. how many times have we done that? But, atleast be courteous
