This is another of a series of numbers that call but disconnect when I answer.  When I try to call back it is busy for some time and then, when I'm able to get it to ring no one answers.  They are violating the do not call list but they won't come up in a reverse number lookup.

Robocaller ignoring do not call registration. Reported as silent caller, Unsafe and Scam Risk. Fails to leave voicemail. No answer on pick up. No Caller ID. Report to FTC and block number.
