i got a text from this number telling me i won a free ipad

1-800-275-6835 call my home and when I pick up the phone they hang up,

rang , ended up leaving a msg (blank space , nothing is said)

Sounds to me like they are making a collect call and are asking me to press '1' to accept. Wontt tell me who call is from so I dont accept!

Cancelled incoming call at 2:53 pm, looked it up with no results other than VoIP and 7 look-ups. I did get an outgoing message: Yes, thanks for calling back, this is Joe calling for the Police Officers....... Also, used an online dialer to call this number: Hello Hello Hello then hung up.
