Millions Call

We have received automated calls from 866-375-4346 for several months, calling about an urgent matter that we were unable to solve. I knew that we were absolutely clean, but finally called in a rage of curiosity. I spoke to someone with a strange Indian name, which was asked by Arthur Jones. I keep getting phone calls from this number too

I answered, then he says wait a minute... there is static on the line, hold on a minute. I hear a click then I hung up on him. I receive the call back again about 10 minutes later this time, he calls me by name because I had said this is "me" can I help you, and he says Hi "me" and then identifies himself as ERIC. It came up as Telemarketer so I hung up on him
