I got one too. Throw this away as it is a scam!

Unsolicited call to my home phone, purportedly from "General Financial Services." I called them back to request to be placed on their DNC list (I am already on the National DNC Registry); I let it ring perhaps 50 times before it turned into a busy signal. I'll report this and all further offenses to the FCC.
