this no. appears on our telephone bill many, many times. we never ever called this no.

I received a text message from this number saying I won a bestbuy gift card

This number came from a Lindsey Weathers per caller id. She is associated with another phone number 913-440-9806. She went into a song and dance about federal benefits, but when pressed about who she was affiliated with, she offered no company. I think this is a scam alert.

They just ring and then end the call. After a while it is annoying. Not enough rings to even show on caller ID or get to it and answer it. You have to *69 it.
