Received a call from this number. I receive calls with the 603-316-#### number at least 2-3 times a week. I suspect that this is a spam-/scam-related call. The caller NEVER leaves a voice message. I have heard of scams using simliar phone numbers as a personal number where they use a recording of your voice.

I keep getting calls from this number but they don't leave a message and when I call back it just rings and rings. The Caller ID says 'CTR for the DIS' and the reverse number look up says it's an unpublished land line in South Bend, IN.
