we got a ring with this no. however no answer

rings & HUNGS UP NO PURPOSE FOR ring OTHER THAN TO WASTE PREPAID seconds & our TIME.

Asked for my husband by name.  Informed that I was his wife and asked what this is in reference to.. 'not at liberty to tell you'. I asked if this was about a bill.. 'no he does not owe any money' Asked where he was from..'not a liberty to tell you.'  Said my husband is working and will be home after 6pm.. He asked if he could call him back.. If I don't know what this is about.. how can I say to call or not?

this number has called my number 16xs on 1509 threatiing to kill me and my girlfriend and it needs to stop!

Unfortunate opportunity to meet this unpleasant person in passing. They are stubborn and can not understand anyone else view point. I dont know the name, but if you are ever given this number, run or have this person deported to the country in which they belong.
