This number keeps showing up on my caller ID and they won't leave a message on my answering machine. I have been with Do not Call Registry since the begining. I have noticed that the registry doesn't seem to be working well.

Caller had heavy foreign accent hard to understand. Wanted to sign me up for a utility program? Told him i don't have PG&E gas service. At least he was polite; he said thank you and hung up. Caller ID showed Calif call.
