here I go again with this bs this woman phoning us stating some thing about some papers i am fed up of these people.

some one called from this number asking how I had answered the phone - was this x with x - I asked, 'who are you' - and he wouldn't say - then I said, 'well it sounds as if you are calling from a call center (it was a noisy background) and he said - 'wow, that's a bold and rude statement' and hung up!
