says they are calling for BCBS of NC and has a Rep in the area wanting to know if I or someone I know is in the market for insurance....

866-320-2178 left a voice mail that they were a collection agency. They left a reference number and said to call back immediately. We have ZERO debt. When I tried to call the number I received a message stating "the number you are trying to reach does not accept calls from your calling area"

said Ryan from entrust bank and asked for me by my full name. then when i came back on line he shortened my name thinking it was a way to be friendly. i dont go by nick name and it immediately clued me into the fact that he did not know me. started song and dance about how they have reviewed my (not my but my company's) master visa card and i was granted an upgrade etc etc and i cut him off. i do not bank with entrust. i have no account with entrust.. you are wanting my credit card services and use a "ruse" of calling me by my name and "acting' like You are my service provider. I am very happy with the company i have thank you for calling and hung up. he immediately called me back but i did not answer. it went to my recorder and he didnt leave a message. thies is not the first time they have done this and it is BAD business. beware of this type of introduction and report them!
