Number is quite similar to mine. I get at least 3-4 calls like this/day. Upon answering there is never anybody on the line. Soooo tired of this.

whenever I get a call from Montreal ..from an unknown number, I assume it is criminals hoping to scam me. Their phone service is Iristel. Today the call came from 705-242-8669.also Iristel. Pretty sure it is the same scammers.

Someone claiming to be randy snyder and had some documents to serve me with. Called the number back its not in service
