Calls, then a beep then says "Goodbye" in computer voice. No repsonse to hello. Definitely a scam or number phishing.

This number keeps calling my cell phone constantly. Sometimes a much as 30 times per day. When I answer the phone there`s no one on the line. It`s driving me crazy.
