This number called me saying the guys name was Nash Brown and that he had an affidiavit out for me to pay Over $700.  I Called local authorities and they told me not to do anything.  The company wanted me to fax them a letter with all my information on it so they could debit my account and take care of this matter out of the courts.  DO NOT send these people anything, if you call them back it rings just as though you are calling them at home and they refuse to send you any information proving any of the information that they are talking about.  If you have an affidavit out for you, they serve you with papers so dont fall for this scam.  I hope I can help somone out!

A complaint for Unwanted Calls was filed with the FCC from California after an unsolicited call

Same thing as Steve stated. They ask questions about age, spouses name, etc. a little more info than i'm willing to give for a survey over the phone. When I asked about the questions they got real short and ended the call soon after.
