Sent me a text telling me to go to a website and claim $1000 to get a Best Buy gift. I think it's BS

had a ring earlier today that our partner applied for payday loan. got all her private information. Some woman with a really heavy foreign accent. 1st attempted to say is a student loan he is attempting to collect on, & subsequently changed this to the payday loan. Threatened to have them arrested & had really flustered soon as we stated prove she took out this loan. Once we figured out this is a scam, we rang 'em back & threatened to arrest 'em when these people attempted this again. Claims to be with the Dept of Crime Prevention.

This girl is more than a little spooky. She shows signs of management. Proceed with caution

I have just received a message saying: "You have been randomly selected for Amazon gift. Get your $1000 gift card at http://amazon.congratsuwon.info/codeklwkblyfwf." This is a scam!!!

We are charged since november 2009, we recently noticed therefore we went to our bank & these people credited 308. 29 however just for the past 90 days, exactly what about the rest? has any of you done some thing else? & yes, this is thru that intellius site. thanks
