Millions Call

I received a call saying my bill had not been paid.  I called Dish Network and they tell me I have a zero balance on my account.  They can't explain why I received this call

Rude caller claiming to be from Cancer support services, demanding my elderly mother make a donation, Cancer support services says on their website that they do no solicit phone donations and it was probably Cancer fund of America, after doing some more looking up things on the internet thats who it was, ran by a James Reynolds that does not have good reviews by companies that rate charities.
