Millions Call

I received calls from this number every day some times three calls in one day. They let my machine runs with no message. I'm on the do not call list.

Said I have 4 allegations against me that I will be arrested if I don’t call back and take care of it

I received a call from this number- nobody seems to know who is calling. They don't leave a message, I called them back with my work phone and they didn't even mention any name what so ever. A lady picked up and said 'Hello, did you receive a call from us??' I asked where they are calling from, they didn't seem to want to tell me so I hung up on them. Idk what this call is?
