I think this person is an illegal immigrant.  We sold a truck to them a couple of months ago and they failed to do the transfer of liabiltiy.  Now we're stuck with tickets.  If anyone knows who or where this person (whoever answer's the phone) is, please tell them to do the TRANSFER OF LIABILITY. Otherwise, the truck is STOLEN if it's still under our name.  Do we really want the police to get involved?

Does anybody recognise who these jerks are? Calling-ID states Norfolk VA & of course these people never ever pass on a msg. I do not reply these silly rings cos these people are all scams.
