This number keeper calling my phone back to back. Then when I go to call it back a voice recording saying some crazy stuff comes on.

The call was a download - not a call or a message (probably a picture). Out of curiosity I took the download. I use a Tracfone, so it cost me one unit of time. The Tracfone was not able to download whatever it was.

got 2 rings with this no. between seven & 7:45 pm. No one on the phone line soon as we picked up the ring.

numerous rings therefore far & soon as we reply there was no one speaking at the other end & when we say some thing these people put the phone down
