this number called a cell phone in our home three or four times in a row. when answered, someone began talking in a foreign language. anyone know who this is?

The caller says a case has been filed against me (no mention of what court or jurisdiction) concerning someone I've never heard of, and gives a "case number" that will follow me through the whole procedure. Either I or my attorney should contact them at that number. I have received a number of such calls.
