Got a call from this number. Called the number back and said that it is not a working number. Spam vs Scam!!!!

(484) 249-5565 has been reported to the FCC after unwanted activity was registered from (484) 249-5565

It said "Congratulations, your entry in last month's drawing WON you a FREE $1000 Target Giftcard! Enter "IWON" at http://www.target.com.bsst.biz to claim it NOW!" I wonder if this is related to the phone call on my cell saying I won a free cruise, and which one did I want? (I ONLY had to pay some taxes for it-- Yah. Uh, huh.) I gotta stop entering drawings with my cell phone number!!
