Spam text - fake Fedex test phishing for a confirmation

I received recorded message that stated they were IRS and I was being sued for some reason and left a 202 number for me to call to get more information.

soon as telephone is picked up by somebody else, the person calling requested for us by name. When the telephone is handed to me, no one picked up soon as we spoke.

When I returned the called, it rang for about seconds then said the number may have been disconnected & to check the number I have dialed.

This was with a political group asking for volunteers to help with absentee ballot info
