This is a phishing scam to confirm the person whom they are calling ... they give you a number to call with a confirmation number. These people are posing as someone else in order to harass you about someone's uncollected debt. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AND GIVE THEM THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER. Unless of course you like to be harassed ; )

This is someone calling to see eliminate    your debt-    I don't have any debt except a mortgage so it's a solicitation call- i would answer and have them remove you from their list.
