I am charged for my text messages both incoming and outgoing.  For someone to phone, and just leave the text 'Hey' the charges can add up.  Especially from someone that I do not know.

this number will call me at all times of the night and when i answser there will be no anwser it could be a problem with the phones or the phone systems but i just want it fixed please?!?!?

the number that keeps calling me, and i mean keeps calling me over and over is 1-877-282-9965, and it shows up as 'watchguard registery'? whatever that is
