Same thing in the email as above, be on alert and do not fall for this. It is an obvious attempt at fraud, IE they want your name number address and occupation. Also note that anything coming from a govt agency (as I work for one myself and was formerly a military man) will have either a .gov or .mil email adress

She uses katherine woodhouse as her partner and they take over the lives of elderly patients and suck their funds dry! Last take was 100,000 from a patient with dementia! They pretend to notify the family and actually dont and keep large fees for themselves!
