Health care scam robocall

probably credit people. I got a call around 5 pm. said they were checking on a 'Neighbor' of mine, and asked me if I knew this person (used a specific name). I asked why they would call me to check on my neighbor (hadn't heard of this person anyways), and the woman said it was because they wanted to check on them and see if they were ok. So, they obviously were working from this person's address, and looking up property owners nearby to contact with information. I told her I had never heard of this person, but even if I had, I wouldn't tell her anything. She screamed at me 'ok, bye!' and hung up.

i am receiving rings two times a day with this no. person calling I. D. reads 'Citizens Campaign'. anybody recognise who these people are?
