calls more than once, leaves no voicemail

i dont know who this person is ,but they say they going to take me to court

supposedly from west lake hospital IL-Melrose Park reg. payment for patient service-did not specify what kind of services, since all charges , legal, were payed for, could not get info from ;' hospital ' computer, all, did seem to be from institution mentionned, /different persons answered calls different times and could not provide any info-told to call back at odd hours....???? till late at night, or middle of the night..

This no. rings our ph daily never ever pass on a msg. More. subsequently once a day we get this no. bugging us anybody recognise who these people are?
