I get a cell phone call from this number quite regularly and I just hang up. I am able to block this caller now and will do so.

ring at 4:02 am. Woke us up, believed this maybe a emergency with a buddy or relative. soon as we checked the msg there is a strange machine noise for about one second, & subsequently a put the phone down

got ring with IRS(?) agent stating we got to ring a investigator, Dexter Cruz 10am at 607- 218-4768. we thing this was a con.
