Online listing scam

I received a call from this number. I did not answered but called back immediately and a man answered and said he had not used his phone today. I then received a call from 336-213-1729 and when I called it back I got a recording that he person was not taking calls. I got another call from a similar and when I called back the recording was that it was not a working number. These numbers are all Burlington, NC numbers that someone is using for these fake calls. When I answer the calls they say nothing and hang up. These are working numbers being used by a third party I think.
