Threatened to suspend my SS# if I did not call them back due to fraudulent activity

Some lady keeps calling me from this number saying she knows me but i dont know her. She wants to be my friend and calls me at least once a week. I have told her to stop calling. She knows my name but I am 100% sure that i dont know her.
