This gentleman has dementia according to his son. He has one of my ads and calls anywhere from 5 to 15 times a day. He thinks he lives in Port Charlotte and gets upset when I tell him he doesnt. I have asked his son to get him to stop calling. I have told him several times to quit calling me. He says he will quit, but he wont. How can I stop him from harrassing me?

number shown on caller id saying it was Pine River Bank and my atm card was used and to press 1 to reactivate my account. I hung up. Dont have an account with Pine River Bank.
