This person called my old phone number and when my mother answered she kept saying she would call back.  She did this on more than one occassion.  When I called it went to an answering machine.  I tried calling at didderent times with the same response.  Who is this?

nasty talk texting me

Sent my phone a text message saying I needed to call the CIA number, which, according to snopes.com is a virus. I don't know how it got my phone number and who this is.

I have reported this number to the NDNC and I still get calls from this number.
