They are supposed to only be charging for 1 with the second item free but they charged my husband $6.98 and $6.96 on July 31, 2020, instead of one item being free (with free shipping). Hopefully, there are no hidden recurring charges.

I have been having problems with Portfolio Recovery Associates, INC trying to collect on a paid debt from almost 10 years ago and I think that they have something to do with this phone number. I would like to know if any information can be found on this number and who it belongs too because it comes back on reverse phone lookup that is not a valid number. Thank you.
