I say Hello but no one says anything. They finally hang up after a few minutes

Credit card scam. "Hi, this is Christy. We've been trying to reach you because someone has been trying to access your credit card!"

Caller ID: Inmate Call. WHAT?!?!? Weird

Called MANY times over several days and never leaves a message

Im investigating if i have been scammed. This number was given to me by my bank, i called and i got a voicemail for BCN like it states in my account. But no info comes up when i look up this number, might be a scam. I find it very odd to get a voicemail if they work with lawyers and debt collectors like they claimed.

Phone rings... no one there when answered. When you call the number back the message says you dialed the wrong number.
