my friend is gettins absurd calls from this number.. please help!!!

calls almost everyday, no message. My phone does not ring, it only comes though my google voicemail.

Foreign caller using someone else's number. They are calling from a call center with a heavy India accent. They are also repeated offenders of borrowing other people's numbers. If you hear a weird sound before the call, it is probably a scammer/spammer.
