When I called it back, it said it was college admissions.

Been getting a dozen calls per day for a week from North Carolina (I am Penna.). Trying to sell me health insurance (that I already have). Have received 7 calls from this number today. Have received 4 calls in the last hour (2-3 PM) . I do not answer and they do not leave a message.
