It was a call back from a scam call. It starts with a caller ID blocked or spoofed(fake caller ID) number. I know because they asked for the name I gave the recording. I also gave a different call back #. The name and # I give out is our city prosecutor. The scam starts with an automated call saying they are authorized by the Obama administration to reduce my mortgage. Press 1 to speak to a representative. Sorry all representatives are busy please leave your name and # and we will call you back. Well they do that so that when they call and speak to you live they can say they have pending business. That second call is now no longer a violation of the Do Not Call list. Well guess what it is because I never authorized them to call back at my #.
