Millions Call

I got a call at  2:00am from this number and all was on the line was music. It not only woke me from a sound sleep  but  I found it deeply disturbing.

no one is on the other end, the number is discontinued and they call two to three times a day. I looked up the number and it is San Carlos Telecommunications but no working phone number. Getting tired of this stuff.

Health insurance scam

Got a call from this number. I said hello and they disconnected. Called back and an automated message says ATSDR heath survey and put you on hold. Nobody picks up the line.
