SPD Consumer Processing is a debt collection agency. They are rude and verbally abusive and use scare tactics to try to get you to make a payment even after you tell them you can NOT make a payment.

I was called at 5:45 AM.  No voice mail was left.  It's a landline phone in Port Charlotte, FL.
