Text message saying this is the second attempt to deliver a package. Gives an address of a town we moved from four years ago. Think it’s a scam

Im not sure who this person is. They keep sending me text messages, and costing me money. I dont know who they are, and have worn them that I would report them.

They are a business telecom service.

They have called 15 times today and do NOT leave a MSG - yet when u call it u get a recording this number has been disconnected or no longer in service! Only once did they leave a so called MSG but it was 4 seconds long and no one talked! I answered once and then they hung up. Answered a second time and I yelled in the phone before they could say anything 'u have been reported for calling 15 times' then hung up on them! I kinda heard something in the background but refused to listen - if u call that many times and can't leave a MSG and when u call back and num says disconnected u r doing SOMETHING illegal!!!
